FOOD PRODUCTS: Food products are not refundable unless product expiration date expired on or before receiving the product.

GIFT CARDS:  Gift cards are not refundable and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Treat them as you would cash.

Doggie Indulgence LLC is not responsible for any misrepresentation of products by the manufacturer or by it's distributors. Pictures and descriptions are provided by a third party.

Doggie Indulgence LLC will make every effort to ship all products out within 2-5 business days. If your order is not shipped within 7 business days (Very Rare) it is due to circumstances beyond our control. We will, however, make every effort to ship in a timely manner.

Original postage plus return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser. Please do not return merchandise before contacting returns@doggieindulgence.com or calling 203-910-6066.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS:  Doggie Indulgence is not responsible for typographical errors or omissions relating to pricing, copy, photography or application. In the event of a pricing error we will contact you via E-mail with the corrected pricing information.

IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION: NOTE: UPS, FEDEX, AND DHL 2-3 RUSH DELIVERY WILL NOT DELIVER TO P.O. BOXES. We are not responsible for non-delivery and cannot provide refunds for items noted as being shipped by UPS, FEDEX, or DHL wherein a P.O. Box Number was given as the address for the item/items to be delivered.
