If owner is not reachable, Petsitter will use discretion as to whether medical attention is necessary and provide transportation. Owner will be responsible for paying the vet bill (either at a later date or by providing a credit card over the phone to the vet)

Petsitter will only provide supplies if those necessary to perform the service are not provided by owner or supply runs out
